Lime Green Colour Range Natural Finish

Natural Finish is self-coloured external lime render requiring no further painting. Using a natural water repellent it protects against the worst of the elements while remaining breathable.

The external finish of walls is one of the first things you notice about a property, our lime based external render finishing coat combines special marble aggregates and hydraulic lime to give a beautiful top surface, whether you use Ultra or Duro as the base coat.

Natural Finish external render is the perfect complement to a sustainably built house, allowing you to bring an eco-friendly product right to the heart of a home.

3m2 per bag at 5mm thick

A 22kg bag will cover approx.

2 ¼ - 2½ m² at 6mm thick. This does not include any allowance for wastage.

Mixing

Add the whole bag of pre-mix into drum or forced action mixer carefully avoiding creating excessive dust. Mix with clean water: add only 3.5-4.5 litres of clean water per bag. Mix for at least 10 minutes using drum mixer or use a mechanical whisk for 3 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes then mix again.

Apply to a previously applied undercoat of either lime green Ultra Natural or Duro Natural once the basecoat has hardened, but is still 'green'. Dampen surface with mist spray before application.

Application Guidelines

Temperatures: above 5°C and below 30°C.

Curing: cure each coat (see below) before further work.

Apply Natural Finish once the backing coats have had sufficient time to cure.

Natural Finish should be applied to a straight, flat, dampened surface upto a maximum of 4mm. Finish with wooden float and / or sponge.

Curing

Prevent all coats from drying out too rapidly. Lightly spray each coat with water if it is hot or the product is drying too quickly. Protect from adverse conditions such as frost, rain etc. Adequate curing of a final decorative coat should be more stringent, ideally using a fully sheeted scaffold when outside

Please note these are not stock items and have to be ordered from the factory, which may incur a 7-10 day lead time
